To become a client and before we can help you with our advice, we will need you to provide us with information to comply with the AML/CFT (Anti Money Laundering & Countering of Terrorism Financing) legislation. This will include current photo ID, proof of address and in some cases the source of funds being used for your transaction. As this can take a little time to get together, if you would like to become a client please get in touch so we can start that process with you – there Is no charge to get this underway but does save time and stress for you when you are ready to jump into action on that property transaction.
